After the recent storm and unprecedented rain going into the ground, I decided to get my tank pumped. I talked to them and two days later they were able to come out and pump my tank. They were very knowledgeable about my system and how it worked and explained everything very well. The price was very affordable. I will use these guys in the future.

After having another company not show for an appointment that I stayed home the morning for and not calling, I called and found out they forgot me. They said they would be in contact for the next week but that didn't happen either. I then reached out to 2 friends that have septic tanks to find out who they used for service. Both recommended Powell Septic so I called them. Leslie said it would be the next week before he could get out. A couple days later he called to see if I was available to come by, which I was. He suggested replacing the tank lid as it was an old well cover and to install a riser to make access to the tank easier. He returned the very next day with the riser and lid as well as pumping the tank. I was very please with their service and will definitely recommend them in the future.

Just had them out today to empty our septic. These guys are great! Super friendly, helpful and very honest. They are the first and only company I call when our septic needs pumped. Let me tell you how honest. A few years back we had them out thinking we were full. Turns out we just had a blocked up filter. They didn't charge me a thing! They could have made 200 bucks off of me that day but again they were honest and didn't charge a penny. They come most times same day or the next. We could not be more happy and highly recommend them.
